I think of some seasons in life as sitting with the embers: what remains after something has changed, ended, fallen away, or been revealed. Not to rush toward the next chapter, but to notice what is still alive, what is becoming clearer, and what may be asking to be tended now.

For approximately one hour, we will gather in a small circle.

 

There will be space for honest conversation and sharing about what you are experiencing, without pressure to have it figured out or know what comes next.

Circle will be closed with a guided meditation or embodied practice designed to support you as you continue through your own midlife journey.

 

This gathering includes:

• Approximately one hour together in circle

• Space for reflection, conversation, and being witnessed

• A guided meditation or supportive closing practice

 

**VIP Ember Circle — $88 total. One VIP space is available for the woman who would like to stay after the circle for additional private time with me. You do not need to arrive with clarity.

You do not need to know what the undoing means yet. Sometimes we simply need a place to sit among the embers long enough to discover what is still carrying warmth.
